Soulful Wellness New Year Cycle


Ignite the New Year with tools to support you on the path

This Soulful Wellness 6-week journey process begins the first week of January and culminates in mid-February

Focusing on cultivating new pathways that support your vision and intentions for the New Cycle.

These sessions are an anchor of awareness that offers you a safe, respectful, and compassionate space for deep reflection and intention-setting. In this space, together, we listen deeply to the guiding wisdom within and invite transformation into your life.

Supported by the wisdom arts of Yoga and Ayurveda, feel safely held as we journey together into the Fire of Your Heart to uncover and tend to what is most important for you at this moment. This process offers practical life tools for the modern householder in soulful times to balance the Fire of our Awareness with a Solar & Lunar energetic perspective. Practicing creating space in your daily life flow to bring the power of mudra, meditation, mantra, pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga (private sessions included), journaling in guided Stream of Consciousness, and setting intentions in a manageable time cycle to bring “measurable”/observable change with relaxation and ease.

We can experience profound transformation by tending to our inner fire as we learn to listen to our heart’s wisdom, bringing supportive change to all aspects of our being.

This process includes:

  • Initial FREE 30 minute session to connect and establish a clear ground

  • 5 additional 45 minute weekly sessions where we will explore the different layers of awareness using the “Personal Kosha Map” and their Elemental Body correspondence. Koshas are different energetic levels of our embodiment and consciousness that we can access to receive supportive feedback to our well-being.

    • The Five Koshas are:

      • Anamaya Kosha ~ “Anna” - Food Body - Earth Body

      • Pranamaya Kosha ~ “Prana” - Breath - Fluid Body

      • Mamomaya Kosha ~ “Mana” - Intelligence ~ Body of Awareness

      • Vijnanamaya Kosha ~ “Vijnana” - Wisdom ~ Breath of the Heart

      • Ananadamaya Kosha ~ “Ananda” - Bliss ~ Reclaming of Sacred Space

  • You will receive ayurvedic resouces to support a healthy daily and seasonally “routine” or ritual.

  • Personalized private yoga practices, mudras, mantras, pranayama (breathing practices) based on your needs and level of embodiment using a Solar-Lunar lens

  • COMING SOON - Exclusive access to a library of videos as well as live online practices with my teacher, Shiva Rea.
